I have an indoor op with 1 fan, but I'm looking to have 2 computer fans (1 blowing in, 1 out) withinthe week. I've heard a few ways to but I was wondering what the best way to do to eliminate bud smell is.

Ok becacuse I didn't think airfreshners would work and I heard of that so I just wanted to make sure.

Sounds like you are on a budget and doing a small grow? CFL's I take it? A carbon filter will be overkill and you won't get one that works very well with a PC fan!
Here's somthing that works for small grows and does so on the cheap. All stuff you can get from wally-world.
