i got a couple of hps fixtures im gonna mount the sockets on a board and remote the ballasts i also wanted to remove the photocells.
the one with the metal housing looks simple, the white and black go into the photocell and red and white come out. so im assuming it would be white to white black to red.
the one with the plastic housing is a little more complicated. the black wire goes to the photocell, the white goes to the photocell, the socket, and the igniter. and a red wire comes out of the photocell and goes to a black wire on the transformer.
i think i got the first one figured out but i just wanted to make sure. not really sure at all about the one with the plastic case.
