having serious power issues. Need a electrician to come threw and put a Panel box in for the lights and run proper wire. Anyone know of anyone?

Or is there a guide somewhere ?

don't attempt it yourself. search craigslist for a 420 friendly electrician is the only thing i can think of.

Go to your local homedepot, like the one on Wilshire. There are a ton of legitamite electricans that are just trying to make an honest buck. Only hire the guys that come with tools that way you won't have to supply any.

If you want to make it even safer, ask him permission and put a bag over his head until you arrive in the garage of the location. Then take the bag off...but that's if you really need privacy, think the first option will do fine
