Electrical Question...

I have a 16amp breaker running on 240v. Does this mean i shouldn't use more than 3840 watts of lights/fans/heaters etc?

Well your math is right, but I would stay below 3500w to avoid the problems associated with pushing electrical tolerances. Namely fire.
