Question, Would a house non occupied running opprox 2500 watts and other than daily check ups on water ph levels and nutrient levels, etc would it raise any red flags?

your neighbours can see the daily traffic but not the electrical use

the electric company can see the electrical use but not the traffic :)

be friendly to the neighbours and pay your bills on time is the best advice i can give mate

Exclamatio gave great advice.

if your cords and wires aren't all messed up a fire hazard should be a huge deal, but yea... watch your traffic. (i.e. dont tell all your friends about it and have them come over and check it out ect.)
Be nice to your neighbors. dont do anything to piss them off like leave a bunch of tacky trash on your lawn or something.
Electric company wont come after you and its doubtful you'll have heat sync helicopters flying over your house. so I think you're pretty safe.

y would u want an empty house running 2500w?? if u got an empty house with no occupants living within u can easily get away with having a 10,000 watt lighting system

That is a very vague question

If you are worried about generating a large electric bill I would say no.

However there is so much more to consider than your electrical usage.

Like noisy neighbors.

Kinda sounds like you are setting up a grow house, and possible growing for large quantities

All I can say is be careful

Thanks for the input, the area were the house will be located i know all of the neighbors and get along with them very good, my worries were the electric company, a little more info is that the 2500w is running constant, eventually i want to run 1000 watts more and be producing 1.7 -2.0 lbs every 3 weeks with stinkbuds areo system.

Okay, i got this from a retired DUDE who gave me the skinny on how he did it. made tons of dough and then quit it (smart).

This is a condensed version of what he did. he had a large grow op of course.

1.) rented a house in exclusive neighborhoods ONLY (wealthy people stick to themselves and cops are hardly ever there on calls)

2.) Unplugged almost everything (electric bill)

3.) Told No one EVER (when he was in the business that is)

4.) No one allowed to come to the house..... EVER

5.) No girlfriend, no friends past a phone call. (never from the house)

6.) Never grow twice in the same house. (at some point even the wealthy get curious)

That was basically it.... he looked at it like a business.

Good Luck.

I can tell you one thing to plant and plant alot of all round your house.... garlic Vine. It is a fst grower (it will climb onto ur roof if you let it...and it does have a strong odor of garlic. When your grow gets stinky go outside and mow the feet of the plants or trim the tops...cutting them really gets them going in garlic smell. Good luck.

Oh and they actually have a great looking heavy flower display, they are no eye sore.

another thing, if you havent grown before. You might wanna just try something small , like a closet. Not to be rude to ya man. but if your thinking about a whole house for a grow op, and your on here asking question about safety and other issues, your bound to bring a "buddie" over when something goes wrong, or very well. Id also say if your just gonna rent out the place and start right up, thats another bad idea imo. there will be no furniture moving in the house, and your also gonna have to seal up every window from the light, think of the ppl walking by and seeing every window with a blanket or painted back, as for the funds of your operation, if ya got the cheese to rent a house just for that, why dont ya put it all in the basement, and sleep in 1 room at least, i be wondering why next door brings buckets and black garbage bags in bulk inside the house whenever he comes home, but im just rambleing on here, got some meds from the dentsist today, la la la

Ha, a whole house for stinks setup? Sounds like overkill, you could accomplish this grow in a spare bedroom, unless you are planning on doubling stinks design then you would need 2!

if possible, grow where you -live-. unless by doing so you risk losing something that you own (if the house is your own, then maybe you wouldn't want to risk it). I would just personally not be comfortable with a house having weed in it if i didn't live there. even when i am gone my dog(s) are still looking after my weed :D

More than one house will be used, not gonna say how many exactly but yes....there will be carbon filters curtains, etc all bells and whistles, i'll shut everything down after 9 months :bigjoint:

I prefer outdoor grows since indoor takes away plausible deniability. Just be ultra careful, and tell NO ONE and I do mean NO ONE. 2 late?
Don't worry, it's only prison.

Tell the neighbors you work alot. Do not cover the windows with foil. Use blackout blinds.
