ppl dont remember 2004 where john kerry was a shu-in acording to the media and then he lost and his family was so shocked and they cried. Most of the media is very liberal. The election will be close. And btw saying fox news is biased and bullshit may be true but so is CNN and MSNBC and all the big newspapers, except their bias is held the other way.

The democrats where ripped off last election.
To hell, if that will happen again.

some will simply say, just fighting fire with fire.

I never thought you'd admit it Joe, Kudos. I watched the movie, "Hacking the Vote" last night, scary stuff.

I'll agree MSNBC is biased, Thank God, with all those right wing hate radio jocks. I find CNN to be more balanced. Lou Dobbs has crossed over to the dark side and is against Obama. The fact that Obama is kicking ass might make most media seem biased, but reporting the facts is the media's job.

Just responding to the original post...I think it will be more interesting, at least for a few weeks, because whoever wins is gonna rub it in, and the injured party will be scrambling for ammo.Fun times.

no matter who is elected, the only winners will be the political animals that seem to be forever defrauding the american public. though we probably won't realize it for a while, the injured party will be the american people and we'll have done it to ourselves once again. i wonder who we'll try to blame for the mess we're getting ourselves into this time?

Excellent statement, you always speak from a simple intellectual stance, but it is never a mystery on where blame falls, it's always just denial and self pride.

I don't agree with this at all. The main reason I voted for Obama was because I believe he is the most committed to working with people he doesn't necessarily agree with to get the job done. There will be no rubbing anything in, at least not from him. He'll be too busy getting down to work.

On the other hand, I think we're going to see an avalanche of bullshit from the other side, especially those less well educated and well socialized folks who will have trouble adjusting to the fact of his victory and those pundits who make such a comfortable living whipping up their discontent.

under, i see what your saying but life is like that, you can never have anything perfect

so you gotta grade your life or your country on a curve

take the worst and the best and find where you lay between those, if you are or near the best

then I think you done what you can

but we need a target, a scapegoat for our own failures. baby bush has been convenient, but we can only blame him for so long. i think it will be at least a decade or so before the media will allow itself to blame liberal short sightedness, so where will we find our patsy for the next round of the blame game? or are we just going to pretend that everything is ok, as we piss away our freedoms and heritage? i suppose we could go back to finding external enemies, but then the world won't like us and we all know how important that is.

and we're supposed to be satisfied with that? the intent is clear in our founding documents. in a country founded on the principle of expanding the freedoms of its people, our duty is clear and we're ignoring the very point of this experiment. instead of building on what we can do, we seem bound and determined to limit ourselves and hamstring any attempt to utilize the unlimited potential of our people. sorry, i just don't see the point in settling for institutionalized mediocrity.

im not saying you sould settle im just saying nothing is ever perfect and you cant be so cinical to the point of futility

i dont think there is a form of government that is perfect but atleast we get to pic our leaders but to do that they must wooo us and do a cool dance for us. how else can a nigga get elected

is there a better alternative besides refoming our current system?
