EDiT Security Check for Debit Card?

Anyone know how EDiT site security procedure to accept or not accept someone debit card?

the story is my used to order from this seedbank and it work, then, i recommend my friend for this site. so, he ordered via debit card after that it send confirmation email to him BUT a moment another email came and said "Only Direct Bank Transfer Accepted - Security Code Failure - Order No. 1985536‏ bla bla bla....."

next five days he got he money back then say to me not order with EDiT again
But I still curious may be some problem happen with security method.

talking shit for so long, just want to know it security to screen debit card acceptance. already email to them but not get answer again (i think they answer email quite slow)

Today i decide to try again one more (...i know i know some might think "are you nut?") as i like free shipping even one seed of it service. Then i go with Lowryder#2 single seed.
So, let see are there any problem?

Actualluly one poor thing from my exp. is they didnt answer an email or if do then very slow.
Also one of my friend said order one seed then recieved it in broken seed. (anyway no evidence right now )

So, i received a single seed order in perfect condition.....but still did not hear any answer about security check method anyway. FYI
