Ebb n flow leak problems

Hey guys I find a bunch of useful stuff here. It's my first time posting in hoping of finding some answers.
I have 13 bucket ebb n flow system. With controller.
100 gal res only filled with 40-50 gal.
I have both pumps working fine but when the controller shuts the fill pump off. The vacuum still pulls water leading to overflows.
I have pulled out pump making it inline On top, right next to res, even inside room next to controller . Can't fix it! Any ideas?? Would love feedback I have pictures.

you need a vaccum break elbo. it's an elbo with a tiny hole drilled in it on the outside at the 90.

55 Gallon Reservoir
1) Insert a straight connector into one of the rubber grommets pre-installed on the 55 gallon drum cover.
*IMPORTANT! Install the special pre-drilled 90’ elbow fitting into the other grommet. Press it into place from the bottom side of the cover. The "vacuum break" hole must be positioned so that it is inside the drum with the hole facing down. (See Picture)
