Ebb & Grow W/ 4-600W HPS!!!

I am gathering ideas on a grow. I want to grow a variety of strains and produce top notch buds.

Here is the system I will be using. It is the EBB & Grow 36 site system.

I will be using 4 600 watt digital ballasts with a Euro Reflector and a SunMaster 600W HPS bulb The lights will be air cooled.

For the walls I will be using 150' by 50" roll of black and white poly 6mil thick.

I will be using one 16" wall mount oscillating fan on each wall for a total of 4 fans.

I will be using 2 6" Grow Bright Inline fans for the lights that push 424 CFM. One fan for the intake of fresh air to the lights and one for the exhaust on the lights.

I will be using 2 Grow Bright 6" inline fans with charcoal filter combo. One for the intake of air into the room, and one for the exhaust in the room.

I will be using a CO2 regulator and tank combo for fresh CO2.

For nutrients, I will be using a 3 pack of Fox Farmwhich includes, 1 gallon of Big Bloom, 1 gallon of Grow Big and 1 gallon of Tiger Bloom.

I will be using one Sunleaves DuraPump Air to oxygenate the resivoir.

I will also be using a 12" Airstone for the Sunleaves air pump.

I will be using a 250GPH submersible pump to circulate the water in the resivoir.

I will be using 4" Rockwool Cubes. The system comes with expanded clay pellets and I will be using those. I will Also be using Silica Stone to put on top of everything.

I will be using a Tri-Meter from my local Hydro shop. It continulousy monitors the Ph, PPM, and temperature of the resivoir.

I will also be getting an environmental controler, to controll the humidity and CO2 and Temp in the room.

Now for some questions:

What Environmental controller would be best?

How much should I yeild if I veg for 1.5-2 months and flower for 8-10 weeks?

Anyways to cut back on price alittle or better options?

Total for everythig will be between $4,500-$5,000 USD.

I will be using a 10'x10' or 12'x12' room. Which would you suggest?

be carful with the tri meter mine wouldn't work with the dig. ballast there was to nuch interferance. I run a 15 pot ebb gro and love it,the only thing i have ran into is theres about 2" of water left in each bucket after draining soi placed a piece of 3/4" plywood under the buckets now theres only about a inch.
as for room size i'd go atleast 12x12, mine are in a 5x8 room and veged for 3 weeks now 2nd week flower and i can bearly fit in the room.next time i will cut new hose between the buckets at about 20" long now there about 14-16" way to close for som big ass plant that this system makes. yours will be crazy after 8 weeks veg.
are you cloning or seed?

forgot to mention you can use a handful of air stones in the rez insteed of a pump keep water moving and adds air

Thank you. I think I will do that. It will save on power consumption, not much, and it will save me the $25 the pump costs. How much do you think I will yield and what kind do you think I should grow? I will grow probably 6 different strains.

I wil be starting from seeds and then taking clones from them.I want to grow a monster tree that is like 6 or 7 feet tall!!!!!

Hey dopeman...You might want to stick with one stain.Different stains and types(indica or sativa)grow at different rates.You might not be able to flower the whole room at the same time and not get the dense buds you want.Plus if you want to grow a tree then you should look for 100% sativa clones or seeds.Good luck and keep letting us know whats up!

hey dope man I'm growin gran-daddy purps. they are sweet indoor i veged fromclones 3 weeks like 20" tall then flipped to flower and BAM they grow 6inches over the weekend now I'm wondering if i'll have enough room. good luck with your gro

I dont know about seeds but look in to C.A.P. enviroment contollers.Their Extreme greenhouse controller is awesome but it costs.Anywhere from 800 to 1200 so shop around.good luck.

build your own ebb and flow system with some trays purchased from they hydro shop. use general hydroponics for nutrients... dont veg for 2 months, think about doing sog. read al b fucts threads and you will be a much happier man.

I don't want to do a SOG jus yet.

I am not going to do an ebb and flow it will be an ebb and grow in 2 gallon buckets.

That's the problem I'm having right now,
but I've just got a small grow at this time.
I'm gonna stick to one strain at a time, vegging, and take clones from all.
