this is my first attempt at hydro using the ebb and grow.

Anyway, the system works on a 15 min timer, pots fill up and must be full for at least 15 mins before the drain cycle. I flower from 3 to 3 and i wanted to know the best intervials and frequency of the ebb and flow cycle. i have 6" clones at the moment. Also, is it a good idea to ebb and flow during lights off?
A friend advised me to run more than 3 cycles because the avg temp in the room is about 90(its hard to cool 2kw).
