Tried google but still cant find any that is 240v. Only thing I get it the 120v version. I could use a stepdown transformer but Im trying to stay away from that. BTW I run F&D tables already but was considering doing buckets.

not many people buy these overpriced ready systems. DIY! its just a tray, a res and a pump on timer

I think you mean "EBB and GROW". That is a two pump system. One in a control bucket and another one in the res. Res pumps into control bucket and flows into buckets equally. Then the control bucket pump pumps back into the res.
The control bucket timer and pumps would need to be 240V. Don't buy one thinking you can just replace the pumps because the timer won't work at that voltage unless it is made for it.

Ebb and FLOW is just one pump and timer pumping into a flood tray and gravity pulls the water back down into the res.

Dirty Harry you are exactly right I meant the "Ebb and Grow" buckets that uses the controller bucket as you mentioned.

Ebb and Flow trays are what Im running right now, just a bedframe that is 3x6 that I built a plywood flood tray on top, covered with plastic to waterproof, added pvc fittings for the drainage, and a rez underneath and it was ready to roll.100_4103.jpg100_4104.jpg

I was running sog with 25 plants per 3x3 tray but the huge plant numbers has gotten the best of my nerves, so I want to grow out trees. Right now I have 4 plants scrogged in one tray and 9 plants in the other.

By using "Ebb and Grow" bucket its will give me a lot more head room from the lights to grow trees and decrease plant numbers. Though all the "Ebb and Grow" systems I have found online are 120v only. Anyone seen any 240v versions around?

All you need is 2 pumps and a timer that work on your current. You can't get them where u live? Might be cheaper/easier to use an adaptor.

a single pump if the tote is raised over the res, drain with gravity
