eBay dailydeals promote growing???

anybody notice how eBay daily deals sells at least one grow related item each day?
i just noticed because i check it everyday because there really are deals to be had. so far i bought a timer and a garden tool. but yesterday they had a scale and now today they have pieces to a venting system. i smell something fishy, good morning ladys. :P

Ummm if you log into ebay at anytime they know what your looking at. The other day I had visited a car shopping web site and when I got there I browsed a few models. Day later I log into yahoo and BAM! Perfect sale with the exact models I was looking at on a banner ad. If you dont know/think that companies follow you and tailor ads and such to what you like this might be a big wake up call. You should always remember that unless you are taking precautions, someone is always watching your internet habits. Im sure the government does for security and I know companies do to help their bottom line.

Here in my area I treat all new clone trading prospects from cl with caution before I meet with them. I contacted someone the other day from cl through email about clones and they sent me back a list of all their products. i cross referenced a sentance in that list to a statement made here on RUI. It was word for word so I located all of that persons other posts and read them. Come to find out this person was the spouce of the individual I was going to meet. Oh and I found a halfhearted journal to prove the clone I was recieving came directly from seed through The Tude :)

eBay registers your search items & promotes them too you because the chances of a sell are higher. If your searching LED lights, next time you log in, you will see LED lights, HPS lights, scales, etc. being promoted, anything with a tag "LED" in it. WHich is anything marijuana related, because everyone puts those tags in there listing for more search result hits. If they promoted flower pots & keyboards you wouldn't care. It's just another business tactic. It works too... quit well in fact.

no dailydeals are the same nationwide, they will not change or conform to anybody or anyone. your referring to the home page thanks smart ass!

listen how about you all do your home work before you come at me with nonsense. I'm a web designer and internet enthusiast. i know every dirty trick and game eBay plays don't worry. this is what i want you to do; watch eBay (dailydeals) for a few days then take note to the items that we might find useful. you'll be surprised as to how many deals they give to items in our field.
