Officers seized 333 marijuana plants, 3.5 pounds of processed marijuana and digital scales.

Additionally, electricity was being bypassed around the meter, causing a serious fire hazard and resulting in approximately $3,750 a month in stolen electricity.

Officers discovered that the residence was unoccupied and had been modified for the sole purpose of cultivating and processing marijuana for sales, according to a news release.

seems like it has to be the same group of people, I would say cartel but it seems too small for them (unless the margin between indoor/outdoor is THAT big)

"Cartels" aren't the only group of people growing. Asian gangs, mafias of all flavors, local mexican, black and white gangs, it could be anyone. It could be a group of grandmas for all we know.

For a turn and burn that actually looks like a nice set up. They have raptor hoods and the panda plastic is measured and stapled up all evenly n' shit :)

The prefilter sleeve on the carbon filter could use a wash though.

What is with the fan filter to no where?! lol. venting the hoods into a filter in the same grow room... these guys were not very smart
You can't see where it ends. I would guess that the air gets pulled through the filter, then through the hoods, then the fan then out.

where is the fine line between a legal and illegal grow. Yes federally I understand and stealing electricity is a bust but it makes me wonder.
