Easiest strain to trim

Hi there,

just wondering which strains you guys had the best experiences with when it comes to trimming. My fingers still hurt after trimming a whole weekend.
I personally had a good experience with Bodhi's Apollo 11 Genius F3 and Sensi's Skunk #1 and very a bad one with Northern light #5 which seemed to consist of leaves over leaves.
Please don't mention any strains which are easy to trim but you wouldn't grow them anymore for any other reason. Mainly interested in Kush / indica varieties but please also tell me about anything with plenty of horsepowers. .

Thanks!!

Critical kush is easy. Sour deisel I agree with but almost too sticky. Some NL is bad and some are not. I was actually going to start this very thread a while ago. Just trimmed some ak48 that sucked balls.

Sannies Sugar punch for me. I think once I pluck the fan leaves each branch takes me about 20 seconds to clean up. Very nice smoke too. I tend to do a fair amount of plucking as they grow as well so this does help, but she isn't very leafy.

We've grown Critical+ once and it was really disappointing.
I wanted to try sour diesel anyway. Which breeder's version have you tried?
We had the Bodhi NL5 noof x BCSC NL5. Only popped 2 seeds, both girls but both extremely leafy. We may have fucked it up a little with too much N in flower but I'm not sure what to do with the rest of the pack. Do you know any specific NL5 which is not so leafy?

deep chunk, anesthesia, girl scout cookie.
the bluedream isn't that bad, provided you train it right and grow it outside.
Jack herer is an easy one too
Pyramid's Anestasia? This stuff has quite a reputation and i had it on my wishlist for a while....
Is it the Humboldt Seed Company's Blue Dream everybody is so excited about? Never seen Deep Chunk. Avoided Cookies so far because of the hype and no access to clones.
Unfortunately we can only grow indoors in a tent.
Isn't Jack Herer somehow a part of the C99 / Apollo lineage? The Apollo11 was one of the easiest plants to trim I've ever seen so it's probably worth a go.

I don't know, Sannie's stuff has a big fan base but i keep reading negative reports. I remember this thread about Killing Fields where some people have blown off lots of steam. Herijuana was another one with a good reputation where i found lots of reports from disappointed customers.

Im not actually sure on the NL I had that was a trimming breeze as it was a friend of mines cut, seen others that suck. I'm sorry you had bad luck with critical, I LOVE it, although I have had a couple bad phenos pop up. Really worth getting a good one though.

yeah, I have read all the bad KF reviews here and on icmag also, and just about anything out there on Sannies other strains that I could dig up. I have been growing a pile of his stuff over the last couple years and am very happy with both the service and genetics. I held off on my KF beans tho because of the so so reviews, Ill grow them when I have extra space. I guess its pretty and purple, but lacks the potency.

The Sugarpunch is excellent, there are a couple phenos to pick from but love it. Large yielding potent plants definitely my favorite from his shop so far.

I'll try the sugar punch, just had a quick read through that thread. Are there any nice strong kush strains available from sannies anyway?

Oh and i have a pack of AK47/ Tutankhamon. Are they very leafy? I will still plant them since i was curious about AK47 since i first smoked it.

KO Kush from Sannie is great, but not a huge yielder so allow a little extra veg time. I have run this one three times so far and have been happy with it. I usually veg about 2 or so weeks and flip, but she does better with 4+ weeks veg time. Rock hard hashy tasting nugs that burn very slow.

On the SP, man make sure you prepare for MONSTERS, if you are running a height limited space like a cabinet you will need to tame her. Awesome plant real vigorous growth until about week six when she settles down. I'd grab an extra pack any time you order SP she runs out and is his top seller.

I like Serious AK47 also, real easy to grow, puts out big fat buds on very uniform plants, easy to trim and decent smoke. Some say its not the same as back in the day, but I can't say never had a chance to get my hands on any of the old beans.
