Early Sexing

Hi all !! Im after some advice regarding the sexing stage.
I've started to flower my "th seeds bubblegum" and they look great, the only thing is that its only been 2 full days of the cycle and i think there showing the signs of being males.. Is this too early and am i jumping the gun. Every other strain ive used has taken a good 7 - 10 days to show.
Has any body else has seen this happen so quick ??
Any help would be great.

no, it's not too early.... but don't throw them out just yet, give them longer so you can be 100% sure.

Cheers man. I'm just a bit gutted as there looking really fresh and healthy. Im thinking the growths ive seen could just be fresh leaves starting to come through on the stems as they look dont look like pollen sacks. Is this common while fllowering ??

during the first couple weeks, the plants double or triple in height, so yes, it's very normal.

try and put them in a long period of darkness. That might help the sexing.

Im rolling with the 12/12 cycle at the moment. If i extend this to 10/14, will i be able to go back to the 12/12 ??

yeah, you can..... personally I don't do that though...... I'd rather not change the cycles on the plant too much. even though it's a very forgiving plant since it's a weed.

well, i'm putting my plant through 36hrs of darkness tonight. Based on this thread...

yeah , i saw that thread, but nobody has any real evidence to support the long dark period.

really i'm not sure what to do. I might just give it 24 hrs.

I think ille stick with the 12/12 and hope that some of the plants are females (i really hope so as ive got rooted cuttings of them ..)

same here bro, do you know how long till you know if the cuttings are healthy. Mine arn't showing signs of dying or growing. I guess if it ain't broke don't fix it. Let them get some roots.

Actually there about 10 days and out of 12 clones,8 have got visible roots. I was just flowering the mothers for sex before repotting the clones. As you can guess im well pissed !!
