Hi new to the forum used dyna gro few years bak was great....tried organics now switching back home brewer I used to mix a cup and a quarter of the bloom into 30 gal of water and just feed from there I used no protect or anything else just bloom to say the least it was good enough but left somthing to be desired ....now I'm in week 2 of flower and mixed 10ml bloom with 5 ml grow as thbats what the dynagro feed chart on google says.and after reading threw this thread I think I messed up ....is everything fine or should I feed plain water next feed so I don't over do it??.....and I still have some sensizyme and nirvana left over would it be ok to add these right now aswell

Ok nevermind did the math and old mix comes to 9.8 ml of bloom per gal so I think I should be fine but any input would be appreciated ....I'm using promix hp in 10 gal pots which are more truthfully only like 8 gal in reality don't know why they call em 10s would also like to incorperate other things I have and would like to know the best way to go about it like sensizyme nirvana...also have earth juice catalyst.meta k..bloom and bud candy also have fulvic acid canna boost and cilica...homebrewer any of your thoughts would be appreciated

I'd suggest using grow from start to finish and to follow the 'maintenance' directions on their bottles.

Silica is useful if you have that, so is fulvic acid. Before you go an add anything else you don't really need, make sure you've got feeding and watering down pat.

Use the grow as I have been at a 3:1 ratio with the bloom threw till the end?? Or use only grow till the end?? Please clarify as I've seen many recipes which seem to be debated...will soon get the protect as all the recipes call for it but if I have bottle of cilica isn't it the same for some reason I remember protect haveing other things in it? When and how much of the fulvic acid?

First of all, unless you're running hydro tables, forget the concept of a 'recipe'. You need to learn how to read your plant and give it what it needs when it needs it. That being said, 'grow' from start to finish works great. If your plants need 'bloom', give them some bloom.

Yeah Dyna-Gro isn't bad stuff. I use it and nothing else. :D Been growing since 1974 going back to LI, NY on a grassy hillside with Miracle-Gro. Was one of 1st to grow skunk in 1984 here in AZ (and no carbon filter). Now I'm legal med patient and use a carbon filter, makes a big difference on the paranoia situation.

Thats what i use, if its not broke, dont fix it. I wont change until dynagro changes. Food is food, and cheaper is always better. No need to spend hundreds on "cannabis specific nutes" when dynagro does the same and better than half of those nutes out there.

I am in my 1st grow using dyno. Using Foliage-pro for veg and bloom and mag-pro for bloom. So far I am super stoked. Been looking for an ez nute line and thanks to this site I have found it. I am so shocked on how pH stable this stuff is. I set my pH where I want it and really never have to touch it again. I know once the plant gets older that can change based on the plants needs but thus far I am happy to say I have settled on a new brand. It didn't hurt either that my local hydro store had bottles of the stuff for half price.

^^ I would mix those approx 50/50, run it start to finish. might want to get the protekt also. it jus nails the ph range when used together.

Ok, just ordered some Pro-Tekt. Would this be a good guide line to use? Does anyone see any issues using this chart? http://www.hhydro.com/files/Instructions/dynagro.pdf

Im in a dwc and hempy buckets. These pH numbers dont seem correct though,
Charts in general tend to run hot, IMO. Just feed at whatever EC and pH range that's worked for you in the past. Use the recommend dose of protekt and the rest of your EC should be base nutes.

What about the mag-pro? Just follow their rec? (Sorry I know you don't like using PPM (.5 or .7). EC)

Absolutely love Dyna-gro! I've usecd a few different more expensive brands and nothing seems to be easier and more efficient in my opinion. Homebrewer what ppm levels do you use for grow and bloom.

My results are not typical, some common sense and critical thinking are required to achieve desired results. Not all growers will achieve these results and they should not be expected. These spokesmen have not been financially compensated. No butterflys, kittie cats, monkeys, or rhinoceroses, were harmed in the creation of this post.

However if your still interested in giving it all you got and really trying to stand out from the crowd, offering a truly unique smoking experience, then stay tuned and we will show you what you need to know.

1 gallon of water (preferably a relativity low PPM 30-50 is acceptable in my world)

1.5-2ml, you may even need 3ml Protekt
(add first, why you ask, because the directions say so. And they say something about the concentrate reacting with other nute ions and quarks and stuff einstien doesnt understand) The best part is it raises PH to the moon, but as soon as you add in the grow, it settles perfectly around 6.2-6.5 PH. OK, so you want a tad lower PH, 5.8 you say?, jus toss in another 1/2 ml or so of the grow/bloom combo to get it where you want. it wont take much.

2-3ml of Grow + 1-2ml of Bloom, Ta hell with it, in a hydro, id even go with 3ml of Bloom.,
why so much? because, any lower and i see more light green to yellow. this is what works for me. and in a hydro, a tad heavy aint gonna hurt nuthn.

1-2ml of magpro
again, i get issues if i dont use it. try running with out it, see what happens. maybe nothing, maybe your water has something mine doesnt. but either way. its cheap to have a small bottle on hand.

As a added bonus if you act now, you can get yourself a bottle of Floralicous+
(F+ for short) (and yes at an added cost) a tad pricey, but it only takes like 1ml a gallon, and you really only use it during flower. But again, I dont mind tossin it in on a vegg cycle or two. Does it do anything? I have yet to determine it cuz I use it on all of them basically, and wouldnt have anything to compare it to.

So if you run a loosely tight ship, and take pride in your precious beauties, you want to love them and care for them and give them the very best you can.... then chop the fuckers down and roast em at the stake...... well, give it a try, what ya got to lose?

The preceding is the ramblings of a burnout, who may or may not have been high at the time of its conception, inception, deception, reception, and so on and so forth.....
the expressed opinion is not the opinion of RIU or any of its travelers.
It is worth exactly what you paid for it.

it has been scanned and found free of viruses, and will not harm you, or you computer. and your plants will love it. just ask them......

ok, done for now.... :weed:

I don't use magpro in promix so I don't know if your hemp buckets will need it. It's for peeps who use RO water in hydro and a little goes a long way. I think unohu posted some good numbers to start at.

I know the name suggests its a calmg type product & you kinda mention that as well but Dyna advertises it as a 'blossom booster' that's where I am confused
