i had three g13 purple ladys in rockwool cubes and hydroton in a pot with holes and hand watered for about 3 weeks..they are about 6inches tall..they didnt really seem like they had a good root system going..so i transplant them into net pots and put them in a dwc system and its been a week with no roots hanging out..when i looked at the cubes the root system was very very small compared to the white widow and blueberry which went into my ebb and flow system and a few more widows went into my aeroponics system..this is the first time ive used DWC system ...how long until these roots start to hang into the water or even penatrate the net pots..i just keep hand watering them right until it shows or what should i do

Usually the roots only take a couple of days, yours may have a problem. are you watering every day? it might be too much with RockWool.

does the plant itself look healthy? and if the conditions are fine maybe its just a weak plant.

I have had plants that were slow to root. The key thing is that plant it self looks healthy.

Keep the rock wool damp, but not soggy.
With clones you have to keep it damp so that the clones start to go oh fuck I don't have a lot of water in here, better go search for some. Then they send out the roots in search of water.

I am very high right now, so if none of that made sense let me know.
