Another good recipee is to order the bacteria in powder form off ebay for wholesale prices. I found that tea made with just a few teaspoons of the bacteria and also some black molasses to help jumpstart the colonies and some RO water/airstone/airpump and 18 hours later yu have some very potent tea!

For bacteria dominant tea only brew for 18 hours, if you want a more diverse tea then just bubble longer like 24 to 72 hours.

I live in Oregon and I can tell you that all the ancient forests were cut down long ago. I would like to tell you that they were used to provide saw mills and cabinent makers with jobs but I can't. They were loaded on to huge ships with Japanese names on them.

Pretty sad actually... what will our world be like in 50 years? :(

Plants finally eating and turning darker green. Roots seem to be forming although slowly. Been at it consistently for over a week. Got some subculture m/b. Might add all of it with Zho and aquashield.

I just want roots explosion :(

Subculture-M and ZHO are pretty much the same thing. Subculture-B and Aquashield are similar... but the Sub-B is more diverse. if you continue to have issues, try a little Ancient Forest in your mix. But the change in plant health is a good sign, it sounds like you are on your way to recovery. just keep up the maintenance doses and youll have some nice roots in no time !

What I mean by unhealthy is lighter green in color and not standing erect toward the light. New growth and old growth were shoeing signs of wilting. Now they are returning color and standing tall. New growth seems to be forming correctly.

Water uptake is slow and root mass is slow as well. Maybe there just stunted?

I removed a bunch if foliage to help my small rootmass out.

How long should I be waiting until I call it a failure?

Anyone from Europe who've been able to find those products?
I've been searching for a while and the only site I could find was a US one and they demanded $437 just for shipping it here..

As promissed heres the photos after I set up exactly how Heis told me to..

-My Aero Cloner-

Ive figured out my issue is coming from my cloner. Taking advice from another forum I am using pool shock at this dose

Pool shock
-1gallon RO (cant be chlorinated)
-1 gram pool shock
-shake the hell out of it.

Mix this at this rate
-Mix 1-2oz out of this gallon mix you just made Per 5 gallons of water.

I dont know at this point in time if its safe for use in ANYTHING but an aero cloner, I am noticing really nice results soo far from my aero cloner though.

Thought I would share.

This tea should be able to be with ANY type product, as long as you have a good amount of the key 7 elements. Trichoderma, glomus, bacillus (the more types the better), GH Ancient forest, Food for microbes/ molasses, Lots of airation and 48 hours. That is all it takes for an army that not only protects but also prevents AND allows you to run water temps of 72-75 with no worries of issues. No need for chillers, PITA methods to keep water cold or gobs and gobs of maintenance.

Please dont pay too much....

Here is somthing I read, It helped explain a lot how some of this stuff works. http://www.lawrieco.com.au/uploaded_files/document_uploads/PublisherUploads/Documents/Library/SoilBiology/Understanding_Mycorrhizal_Fungi_(Rush).pdf

I am sorry If I provided you with incorrect information. In the read they refer the the fungal presence around the root zone as the Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi that forms associations with 70% of flowering plants. This only defines one of the microbes in the rhizosphere.

The rhizosphere is the zone of soil surrounding a plant root where the biology and chemistry of the soil are influenced by the root. This zone is about 1 mm wide, but has no distinct edge. Rather, it is an area of intense biological and chemical activity influenced by compounds exuded by the root, and by microorganisms feeding on the compounds.

Somthing I learned this past week, mycorrhiza means "relationship between fungi and the rootzone". It isnt a fungi or a bacteria persay. It is a diverce population of fungi and bacteria working hand in hand to feed, protect and live on and around rootzone. Each type different then the other, but needed for many different jobs that need filled in the rootzone. This tea should be able to be with ANY type product, as long as you have a good amount of the key 7 elements. Trichoderma, glomus, bacillus (the more types the better), GH Ancient forest, Food for microbes/ molasses, Lots of airation and 48 hours. Please dont pay too much.... Your just trying to create a mycorrhiza
Sounds like you are describing a rhizosphere or rhizoplane. For the sake of simplicity "myco" has come to sub for the term "mycorrhizal fungi". You would have a good point if the shortening of language was made at the sacrifice of precision, but as mycorrhiza is Greek for 'fungus root' it is still accurate. Even the modern expanded definition of mycorrhiza still only includes fungus.

Mycorrhizas are symbiotic associations essential for one or both partners, between a fungus (specialised for life in soils and plants) and a root (or other substrate-contacting organ) of a living plant, that is primarily responsible for nutrient transfer. Mycorrhizas occur in a specialised plant organ where intimate contact results from synchronised plant-fungus development.

Heis, I am sorry to supply bad or misleading information. A lot of this stuff is hard for me to understand AND put to use. I was only trying to help simplify somthing for people like me.

I remember u talking about rizophere and rizoplane (soil or hydro). All the research I was doing didn't suggest either term. When I get home I will skool my self in the differences.

I will edit my post to not give bad info as well.

Thanks.

We got Great White, Aquashield, Subculture B/M. Should I mix all these together or would all that together just be overkill? I've got the airstones the 5 gallon bucket and everything ready to go. We are about to enter flower and the roots are VERY white and look pretty healthy. If you guys want, I'll post more pictures too.

Dusty,

Clone setup looks good. How do those two trays with humidity domes do under the one little fluorescent?

So far They root in the same time as having more light? I have only rooted 10 or so in there, not near as many as my aero cloner. Even though it (or the crap I was putting in there) was giving me some brown crap once I hit veg, They were always 100% success ratio. I never though my cloner to be the source of my problems. Sux to be a noob. But its good to learn. So far though... Two words... Pool Shock...
