I started flowering 1 week ago @ 3ft now they are 4ft and 3.5ft tall.They should stop growing in a couple weeks and start producing bud sites.

I think i might do it..

1 Week of flowering so far NL#1 grew 4 inches over night so it is 4.4ft and is towering over the top of NL#2 so it doesnt get much light but i move some stems around to give it some room to grow.I also supercropped some of the main tops on NL#1.The ppm of the tank is 340 but is like 25% empty the lowest leaves of both plants are turning brown and dieng its wierd i gots to read up and see whats wrong with the plants any suggestions would be nice.The clone tank doesnt have roots poping out of the net cups yet so i turned off the pump to reduce noise.A couple of the clones reached 8in.I hooked up the timer for my light so thats a nice upgrade..I dont really see any signs of sex yet..Heres some shiity pics..What i need to do is go get a good camera to do these plants justice..

I just studyed my plants for a while trying to find signs of sex and i look at my biggest plant NL#1 and im 85% sure i see a calyx and two pistils comeing out.Itll be easyer to tell in a couple days,i was at the smokeshop buying a bong and i asked if they had the little scope things but they didnt have them or he didnt know wtf i was talking about.Ill try the other smokeshop tommorow but do they have any other names then scopes?

Eh bro Are u in flower on those? If so as soon as I go to flower I completely change my tubs of all GROW food. From there I set my ppm @ 800 for the first week and in the second week or first water change I go right on 1400 ppm and try to stay there str8 thru flower... Doesnt take much to over feed bro... But it can hurt just as bad underfeeding ur plants as well.. Sounds like some sort of nut defficiecny..
Ur going to want to change ur water at least every 2 weeks as well.Dont fail this.
U should be str8 from there..
Also its normal for the lower leaves to dry and die (the ones in the shade at the bottom man..)
Sounds to me like ur not feeding enuff...300 ppm is first week of veg in my sYstem.

Oh yea bro...When i said Grow food..Stop feeding with the veg nuts and go str8 to flower and supplement ur back bone nuts with something like Kool bloom for higher p/k 0/10/10... This should help with the stretching as well.

yeah i use koolbloom its good stuff kinda pricy but not compared to some other stuff out there

Yea KB is good. I think it actually does help fatten and mature buds but thats just me.. I supplement my back bone Flower food with 1/3 reg flower nuts to 2/3 KB.No problems. Right now my flower 1 tub is running @ 1493 5.6 ph @ 74 degrees.

My 400 wat hps light should be comming in tomorrow. Also, going to start flowering. If any one could stop by i could use a little help. Its in my signature.

I just purchased a ppm meter and a ph meter. I know i should keep my water levels around 5.8, but for the ppm i have no clue how to raise it or lower it? lol Can anyone help me out on this ?

Dude i was changeing my rez like 6 hours ago right before lights out and when i was puting my lid with the plants back on top of the tank all of a sudden the net pot just drops into the tank so all of the lower growth suffered severe damage and the whole plant went threw alot of shock all the tops fell to the ground and im pretty sure my plant is SEVERELY FUCKED..And i knew it was a female too so that sucks..Im not sure how fucked the other plant is but im pretty sure that 1 res change fucked me up the ass..I finally got a memory card for my digital cam just in time for you guys to see my ruined plants..I tried putting as many tops as i could to stay up but it wasnt happening..Even if my plant recovers im sure itll turn male cause all the stress..So the only thing i can do now is hope that there not that bad but theyre really fucked half the hydroton is still in the tank.So i will post good digtial pics in about 6 hours when i turn on the lights..i might just take a bunch of cuttings and trash my 4.5ft plants and throw all the clones in veg..But ill find out when i turn the lights on...

Ill stop by and check it out,the ppm meter is basicly measuring how much nutes your putting in your tank.To raise ppm add nutes to lower add clean water..

Ya man i gotsta take a couple bong rips man..
This shit made no sense to me they were perfect cut holes and all of the sudden it just goes plunk right into the water..Maybe it was too heavy or something..Ill have to investagate what happened when i turn the lights on..
The funny thing is that i didnt notice it dropped into the tank until i stood up and noticed my plant was 2ft shorter..

Well you said you were gonna start flowering right?I would start of small and keep uping the dose till they cant take any more.I started off with like 400 ppm and i was raiseing it 50-100 every day or so for my large flowering plant,its better to start off with less then too much.Eveybody has diff. opinions about ppm but max is useally about 1000-1750.I havent gone up to that yet ive only been at like 600 for the first week of flower..You just gotta expeirament what your plants like.

Yea bro i switched to bloom nutes right when i started 12/12.The reason i had it so low cause there was a burnt fan leave in like the middle of the plant so i was just topping off with clean water instead of adding more nutes.Now my tanks at 700 PH5.8 temp 65 but it doesnt really matter now cause my plants are prob. fucked..Any ideas what to do with all the plant material..lol..hopefully when i turn on the lights in 2 1/2 hours they will be perked up but its very unlikely.

Well since the terrible malfunction the plants dont look that bad.I trimmed alot of the lower branches on NL#1 that were at the top of the plant but got ruined.Alot of other tops and mid level branches got snapped while the plant was toppeled over halfway in the rez..There is a couple more bottom fan leaves i will trim when they die in a couple days.I dont want to trim anything else right now cause i want the plant to recover from the shock.Amazeingly the plant still grew 4in so its about 4.8ft.This bitch is really resistent.I had to tie up a bunch of the tops, includeing the main top, to the wall useing string and tacs.NL#2 isnt really effected besides being leaned on for a while but shows no signs of sex yet but NL#1 is 100% female so im guessing that NL#2 is because males useally show sex faster i think... From all the lower branches that got fucked on NL#1 i managed to get 6 cuttings..So im debateing on wether or not to just take a couple more clones throw the lights back into veg and trash the mothers..What do you guys think i should do??
The clones that i took a while ago are growing good. Clone #1 is about 9in and has two roots poking out the net cup! My digital cam broke so i used my webcam and got some pretty good pics..Here they are,
