I know that i need more time for them to finish, but i am really worried about the two that are dead contaminating the res with dead roots. There are still many new pistils forming and im getting close to 70% orange on the lower extremities. Flushing now i believe is my only option due to those roots, inputs?

That Bomb looks pretty killer man ;) I had a Royal Hash last round and it hermed out on me :/ Was so bummed, but I know the strain you have is really similar to the one I tried. Either way, worst-case scenario, if shit went from to worse for you, you could chop now and still have a decent crop. I'd flush them until you think they cant wait any longer. Never had dead plants so I couldnt say if they would harm living ones or not :( Hope it works out for ya

hey bro can you post a breakdown of the nutes and levels you are using?
Nutrients:
Flora Nova Bloom-700-800 ppm
Liquid KoolBloom-350-400 ppm
Orca-20ml to 30gal
H202-90ml to 30 gal every 4-6 days

res temp: 68-75
temp:71-81
RH:40-50

400W Hps
100W Full spectrum CFL

Total ppm:800-100

Flushed for 4 days before i added nutes back to clear out the root rot, still trying to maintain a healthy res with the H202, it is necessary that i use it because of the dying roots on the other plants, trying to keep them at bay until final flush.

Currently at day 57 flower.

This sativa is nice, the main cola is huge! I am hoping to get close to half lb. Im glad that they didnt herm with the added stress! 7 out of 7 turned out female from this strain...ended up pulling 3 out already and the 2 up front im just trying to keep them alive until the end.

h202 will only help to kill pythium/bactiria but will do nothing to help roots to flurish and. when I used h202 I mixed 200ml 28% for 55gal res
so im thinking your using not enough, but still it wont help your plant bounse back very fast. have you looked into using a tea?

I use the h202 to help keep the pythium at bay and i use the orca to inhibit new growth, it works great. The h202 is 29% and i do about 90-100 ml every 4-6 days, it generally works its way through and diminishes within 48 hours.

Hey Mastiff, just checking in again bro and I am sorry I didn't come back sooner. IMO I don't think your using the H2O2 as frequent as you need to, I would use it (at a slightly higher strength even) every 3rd day from now until harvest because your res temps are too high and the H2O2 is not staying active in your res (after fighting all the crap currently in it) long enough. Also I recommend trying some Zone from the get go, the chlorine in it along with what's in your tap water will really help your problem. Also if I were you I would pull my plants out of the res and soak each root ball in double strength H2O2 and water for about 2-3 mins then go back to the regular res. For me these treatments really help when I had this issue. I have done them successfully 3 times in a week before, although it will stall your plant out and you will lose a lot of those brown roots the new roots will look amazing. I am hoping that your harvest is successful for you and next time you will not have this problem! Good luck and happy growing.

KnB, Thanks for stopping by! I think that i pretty much have the issue under control now, i don't want to shock them anymore so i will keep the routine up from now on until the end of harvest, they have started showing positive signs of growth and are filling out better. The Orca really has done its job and promoted new root growth out of each bundle, I am keeping my res temps between 68-75 throughout the day and that has been working much better. The Orca is the same as GreatWhite just in a liquid form for those who don't know about it, chlorine will kill the bene's that is has in it making it useless. I trimmed most of the branches from the dying plants to keep them living longer, i just got some useful information that dead roots can take up to 30 days to contaminate the res and healthy plants. With that being said i have about 4 weeks left to go and i should be good to go. Ill keep y'all udated throughout the rest of the grow! Check out the video on p. 13 for those of you who haven't seen it already.

Hey Mastiff, glad to see you got things under control. I am sure you know but not only with the chlorine kill your bene's but the H2O2 will also kill them off. Anyway glad it's going good. Lets see some porn!

Picture 9 looks real familiar....Mine grew the exact same way. Looks good though. I hope your not stressing over the root issue any more!!
pic 9 is my main cola, bigger than a 2 liter right now. It looks like that because i had to LST it down with 2, 2oz fishing weights to keep the height down, it would be almost 8-10 inches taller if i hadn't. I have pretty much contained the root issue as of now, just riding it out!

Ye man thats how i grow, gets a bit tedious in the last couple of week when there all tangle togther. You know when they have had all their water and nutes when they fall over hahaha.
