Don't know the answer to this, but I know this is generally considered to be one of the faster of the landrace sativas.
Its going to depend on which exact strain you're using, and grow conditions.
Some of the commercial lines labelled "Durban Poison" are actually hybrids to shorten flowering time and increase yield.

I have grown DP for many years now IMO - The best most underrated strain on the planet!! flowering time id say 9 weeks max! as said in the post above mine DP can have a short as flowering time, I usually end up pulling mine around the 7 to 8 week mark. I have friends that grow dp and pull around the 6 week mark...

if its real durban, we're talking ten weeks max. should be pulling by nine.

dutch passion are said to have the purest Durban, some people did a side by side grow between sensi's and DP's and DP's Durban were all similar lookin phenos whereas sensi had like 4 phenos all growin different indica/sativa characteristics. I got my DP from dutch passion and its on 12/12 from seed. Its showed pistils in like 15-18 days (the other strains Im doin have not got this far) and the top of the plant is already starting to tighten up the node spacing, so not long now till she starts budding properly
