U could get an umbrella and hang it too and hang the plants horizontally under the umbrellas.. never tried it but makes sense that it would work

if it's forecast to rain when it comes time to harvest, you'd be better off just leaving them in the ground for a few more days, and harvest after the storm. a living plant will shed the rain better than one hung upside down........good luck....

Some EXCELLENT advice. I lost a lot as a rookie chopping down in a storm, rather than letting it pass.

bring a tent > only thing that would work. hope it doesn't rain. I have to do the same thing. And because I rent out the top of a restaurant can't have shit drying in my apartment. humidity lowers more and more this time of year and especially in September. So hopefully this will work.

I cannot think of a worse place to dry cannabis, poor OP is in the UK where Falls are traditionally cloudy and wet.

Maybe he or she could go old school farming method...trays in the sun(if it appears)?

three plants, I'm not too sure what the yeild will be. It is pretty far off the path in a forrest/park think through marshes with metre high plants so it is pretty hidden but I'm tempted to go down first light to put up in the trees so no one sees.
Your good to go, take a large black or green yard trash bag, poke the stems, or if large, branches through the bottom. use a spool of fishing line, tie the bag or bags up to the stems, throw over a brach and pull it up two or three ft and let hang upside-down with the bag(s) open for four to six days. Providing that your spot is not traveled much you could throw some brush around to hide them. Fishing line wont be seen better than string.
It`s up to you how high to pull it up, but you see what I mean ? I use new paint cans with lids to conceal odor better and bury or store outside or inside.
