Drying in cold and low RH environement

I will be harvesting my first few plants in a few days and the conditions will likely be 61 to 64 degrees and 40% RH. Has anyone dried in conditions similar to this and if so, provide insights and advise?

I'm not sure if the cooler temps are going to assist with a slow dry despite the low RH.

With this cold front that came through, where I am at, rh is like 15% here at 71deg. I hung them up for 48 hrs, they got crispy, so i put them in paper bags inside a plastic tub. rh is stable at about 51%. Going to keep them in there for a couple more days. I would think you will be in good shape with your conditions. Prolly good to hang for 5 days then jar em up.

If you put them in an enclosed space like a tent or container, it will raise the rh quite a bit. I just cut down the rest and hung them in their tent. the room rh is only about 20% right now, but in the tent it's just over 50% which is good. After they crisp up, if you jar them and they get wet, or still smells like hay, just leave them out for a few more hours until they get a bit crispy again. You want the stem to snap, not necessarily break off. You do want to be careful though, because especially here in CO, it's easy to over dry and lose most/all the smell and taste. Hope it works out.

Sub 70 temps with an rh that fluctuates between 10% and 40% here. I place my stuff in a giant cardboard box, hung on strings for a day or two depending on bud density, then in a jar with a boveda 62% humidipak and hygrometer. If the RH rises above 75% after 24 hours I take back out and dry another day, maybe just for a night. Repeat until I get between 62% and 70%. I've had success with sapping some remaining moisture out by placing in tall jars with lots of room, open inside of said cardboard box. If the RH in my room stays really low - sub 20% - I'll keep a towel over it that was used after a shower, not a sopping wet one, but just moist enough to raise the RH a bit.

This is the way I always dry my weed. Except my humidity is usually 60-70. Takes about 3-4 weeks to dry but when its done its not gonna really need a cure. Its gonne be ready for trimming and smelling very loud already.
