hi guys, im an utter noob, and i would like to start my first grow. so my question is what do you guys prefer for a nute/fert (if the words make a difference lol), liquid or dry? i heard alot of good stuff about GH and i see on there web site that have either dry or liquid ferts. so which do you prefer, and why? what do you think are the pros and cons of each are, if there are any? any comments are appreciated. God bless everyone:peace:

I think you need to decide how you plan on growing before you decide what nutes to use, are you doing a soil gro? hydro? aero? ????

im thinking about soiless mix. seems to be cheap enough and its a passive hydro system so i can learn about hydro without getting myself into too much trouble. :) i would like to end up going active dro after a couple good crops so i can have all the ferting needs down and whatnot. active seems like less work than filling bags with soil and watering all the time. its just an initial setup then check tds, ph, and make sure the lights are are the right level. ive never tried it or seen anyone who has done an active system so i could be totally wrong about which is harder. anyways thanks for the reply! God bless everyone:peace:

Depends. I have heard that liquid is a bit easier to measure and work with. Dry is probably easier to store.
