dry looking leaves

my plants are only 15 days old my leaves look kinda dry they are not drooping or anything they just look dry i was wondering if someone would know what that would be from and how can i fix the problem

Need more details like romm temps, RH, soil or hydro. Or even better a pic or two

Only the one on the far right, looks "dry" to me, it could be a phenotype defect, or over fertilization at an early age. What is your PPM or TDS at?
