Actually I have no current or past association with any court ordered training. But, I have had to provide training following scripts I didn't agree with (tech stuff). Same issues though. I baited the audience to make points I couldn't.

But I like the graphic. Wish I looked like that. ;)

hahahah......not bad i got to give u props .......i went tho the program state ordered 5 times (completed 2 times the last 3 they just said i did so would not interrupt sessions calling bullshit)

but i got a story to share
ok i am crazy ....ask around but i know my shit ....well in 2014 i figured out how to turn oil into vape pen cartiages it took me 5 months and 2500 bucks in stuff but i figured it out ......my dumdass happy self got shit faced and offered it to a under cover DEA agent (he was cool it was his wife that called on me for calling my buddy niger bitch) ........so start the court system wheels 65k bond to get out and alls i had was 1.4 mls of oil well only 0.3ml the one was empty (dumb asses i was first arrest for vape pens in maryland they did not know what it was and weighted the whole thing charged with 33.6 grams) ......i been in the system so i did what u are doing now .... when to a rehab intake outpatient program (before court for me )

so u know how it goes they make u fill out that form with all those ?s ......then they do that intake by the doctor .......well i told the doctor everything what i did what i do all that .....i even told her about studies in England relating to this and asked if there drug test looks for cannabinoids or does it look for thc9........told her about the CBDs all that ( had a vape pen full of them in pocket showed her) ........no shit ....the lady doctor wrote a note to the court system telling them i was not a addict and in her medical opinion i had a medical need and use for thc and cbds ........the lady saved my ass in the maryland court system ......she a rehab doctor gave me a medical excuse (100 buck fine no time had unsupervised probation for a year .....in 2 more years i can get the whole case expunged)

alot of the doctors are on our side.............i love rehab doctors with a mind

I love this dude very similar actually. I had to go to a drug "assessment" and speaking to the counselor and explaining that I use a couple times a week for ptsd and pain from IED in Iraq, and letting him know that the meds the VA had me on was making me loopy, I couldn't do my job well and other issues. After about an hour he told me to keep doing what I felt was best for my body and wrote the judge a letter saying that I don't have a dependacy and that cannabis was helping my ailments more than hurting or disrupting my life. And only suggested that I keep my appointments at the VA.
I can also have my stuff expunged in less than a yr now, but the court orders me to be in the class I'm in now to be able to get it expunged so I am complying.

hell no .....i was still growing illegal weed the whole time this was going on dating was not a option as a pissed off GF could get me life in maryland state prison (bail was 6500 plus the lawyer was another 5000 100 buck fine plus 133 court fees ......all paid money i made from growing those 4 months i was on bail)

but i did bring her office candy canes .......the good kind because i said i would (told me what store had them)
was not bribe i said i would do it when i set up the appointment .....i was looking them for my nephew (hates the regular kind like me)

no no no ....;lady is still there unless she burned out on the rotational system of maryland courts .......now the one u never hear from anymore is doctor hawks (he was a assholes ) i mind fucked him so hard he quit after 3 months (most quacks and shrinks have their own issues it is one of the things that drive them to become a doctor in that field ) he was fun to fuck with .....last i heard he quit and moved away

just a heads up the judge said she would expunge it after the year was up if i got in no trouble (only thing i did for whole year is witness a car wreck and stayed around to talk to cops 1st car that did not end up in wreck )......but when the time came she did not do it ......i am currently waiting under marylands laws since a misdemeanor i can have it taken off 5 years if i get no other charges

Wow, looking to offend everyone unintentionally. I would say I like your style but I'd be lying because your style is a bit rude and immature. Then again, this is a forum full of wisdom so I guess I should expect to be enlightened more and more often.

So had my weekly drug class....
To recap, we all had "homework" to do and that was to find a couple facts about different drugs. I got Marijuana.
Me and the instructor had a conversation about the dangers of cannabis, I told him I didn't think there were any except the police. He brought up car wrecks and DUIs in legal states have raised significantly. I told him I was pretty sure they hadn't but would have to look it up. He asked me to bring my findings in as my homework.

Heres what I brought him and told the class...

Published in the American Journal of Public Health-
We found no significant association between recreational marijuana legalization in Washington and Colorado and subsequent changes in motor vehicle crash fatality rates in the first 3 years after recreational marijuana legalization,”

    Insurance Institute for Highway Safety-
“The combined-state analysis shows that the first three states to legalize recreational marijuana have experienced more crashes,”
The study revealed more drivers involved in crashes are admitting to using marijuana.

    *My note*
This is the key because its legal in the state so they can freely admit. As compared to states where its illigal ppl won’t openly admit this.

    The Highway Loss Data Institute-
Vehicle incident claims went up 2.7 percent in the years since legal recreational marijuana sales began when compared with surrounding states.

    *My note*
Why would they compare to surrounding states instead of the state in question? Maybe because the data wasn't what they wanted.

Car crashes leap in states with legalized marijuana!
    as posted in
    -Fox News

    *My notes*
Head lines like these are meant to give knee-jerk reactions and is detrimental to cannabis legalization advocacy.

Mark A. R. Kleiman, a New York University professor says

Studies show that using marijuana and driving roughly doubles the risk of a crash, Kleiman said. By comparison, talking on a hands-free cellphone while driving — legal in all states — quadruples crash risk, he said. A blood alcohol content of .12, which is about the median amount in drunken driving cases, increases crash risk by about 15 times, he said.

I told him that I wanted to add two more things.

I briefly told him and the class about the endocannabinoid system. And how its naturally in the body.
    And I finished it with

    U.S. Patent No. 6,630,507
Granted in 2003 to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and covering the potential use of non-psychoactive cannabinoids to protect the brain from damage or degeneration caused by certain diseases

Everything went well he seemed very pleased with my input and I think it was exactly what someone had said before, he can't be out about his support for cannabis but was happy using me to talk about how it really is.
