Dropped in my lap

On a side note, I clipped the top of the taller AK and put her into some rockwool and root hormone, perked back up in about a day, but haven't seen much new growth? Would it stand to reason it's trying to build a root system up before it tries to grow more? Or may it just be Autoflower?

In that case, I'm not really worried, she sagged for like the first day, and then stood right back up, and couldn't wait to reach for that light, no signs of stress on the leaves or anything I just keep the rockwool moist by spritzing it with a squirt bottle.

She'll be fine, tops are harder to root than lower growths, it may even take longer. If it starts looking bad, cut the fingers of the fan leaves in half (at the knuckle lol). It will be less for the plant to maintain, but if you keep it humid and spritz it she'll be fine.

Good Luck +rep.

Shown no signs of stress really, the whole clone is stretching upwards to reach my CFLs. The second I see roots pop out of the rockwool it's into the soil for her.

Okay, well since I made my trip, I've done some upgrades, but it's so ungodly bright in there you prob won't be able to see unless I raise the lights. Anyhow, the clone started to curl upwards, which I think is a heat issue? Nevertheless it happened right after I added the new lights. Added 4 42w 27k cfls, so a BUNCH of light in there now. I saw almost an immediate response from the AK's, the healthiest of all IMO, and I think they may be auto-flower, because the only growth they seem to do now is of pistils. Explosive even, gave them all water today to try to start a regular water schedule. Gave them 1/4 teaspoon of bloom booster all around, just because it had a much better ratio than the liqui-feed stuff I was using, adjusted the Ph, to as close as I could to about 6.5. half of nutrient diulted water, and then about 15 minutes later I gave them straight water adjusted to about 6.8. So probably about a total of 2 quarts of water all around today not all at one time. I can really tell the Tallest AK is loving the lights, every time I look at the newest leaves they are larger than I remember them. Started LST on the mango, got it to bend quite a bit with a white twisty tie. Keep you guys updated as I go, my new light design will be from those 1'x 1' aluminum sheets you can get, maybe bolt an exhaust fan or two and mate it to a duct opening for easy attachment to dryer hose, to carbon filter. 2 sockets, two high rated cords, with good plugs with high wattage ratings, two y adapters, and 4 105w CFLs, for a total of 420w of power @ about 28,600 lumens....? Thoughts? I got the idea walking around buying my new bulbs trying to figure out what I could use to build a custom reflector like you see the HiD bulbs get. You could bolt wings to each side @ like 135 degree angle? I estimate it'll draw about 3.5 amps alone, and as long as I put the cords to a good surge to a good extension cord I should be golden. Can't wait to see the kind of yields I'll see. Rest assured that grow diary will go on this sub forum.
