Yea i noticed jacks two part system looks more simple then using the GH line up ima try for sure. Whats the epsom salts for? Ina try your way next grow if i can get these seedlings to recover how do i look at your signature ? Sorry still mew to this
Epsom salt is magnesium sulphate, so it provides extra mag and sulphur to the solution. My signature is at the bottom of every post I write, like this one. Lots of people on here have their grows linked like that so people can see what you grow like.
Here’s an easier way to find it

You gotta keep your babies damp. Those lil ladies got dried out. I run a drain to res system and I water every 40 min. But I grow in clay pepples.

You don't tech need food at this point if you have good tap water. But feeding a very very small amount is fine.

I use jacks tap formula and so far it has worked fine for me.

Water more often. Make an automated watering system.

I’d leave them on for now. Let the plant use up the nutes in them if it needs to.
Plant might not be deficient. You’re just starting to get the system running, give it a few days to see how the new growth comes in before you start thinking deficiency.

Not sure it is a deficiency just yet; those baby leaves always shrivel up and die. They do look kinda pale to me; be sure it’s not an absorption (ph) issue before you go upping ppms too much.
