Droopy plant! Help ASAP please

Have you given it any water? Usually seedling doesn't need water after planting for a week or so if soil is moist when planting.

If I was you I'd try weight of the cup now, and then just wait until cup seems really light before watering again. You can also try with your fingers if soil is dry up to your first knuckle, but be careful as such young seedling can easily trip if you shove your finger too close to base.

i dont like peat pots, for anything. they take forever to dry out, and i'm convinced they influence the ph the seedling is dealing with.

i know there are some that do great with, and swear by them, but i see way fewer of those than i do effed up seedlings in a peat pot.
