Droopy leaves, plant looks dead

Been doing the same thing with these two plants, but one is great and the other is fucked up.
Tap water, watered every 3 days, Under one 42w CFL (just until I put them outside in a few days), unknown potting soil, urine diluted 1/10 as fertilizer every 3 days with the water (don't judge me, I'm not spending money on real ferts until they're a few weeks bigger)

Looks like bad overwatering to me but they both were watered the same, same soil, same water, same time, etc.

They're definitely not in seedling stage anymore WTFRUTALKINGABOUT?

Thanks man, figured it out before I saw your post so I watered with h2o2 after I transplanted. Appreciate the info
no problem man

if you store your water, air it with a bubbler, ph it every few days and use some bennies or they do "water butt fresh" treatments that make your water nice also some people using fish products like 6.5ph buffers and such

that cuts down the rot, bad water and bad ph is the number one cause, ok overwatering is bad but if your water stays fresh and is the correct ph the plants like it, lack of air to the roots and rot getting into them are what they hate

normally bad none ph`d water swings up to ph8 or so and you get rot and mushy roots fast once that warms up

It's still early Veg, close enough to seed. He said he's waiting until the third week to use real nutes. So yes, it kind of is early veg/seedling until the cotyledons fall off.

unknown potting soil...diluted piss every 3 days
where to start with this????!!!!!
pH off from piss, piss is urea which is an amonia
unknown soil = pathogen city....actually scratch that, PATHOGEN CAPITAL, ie root rot
