Droopy leaves curling under.

So I give them both 1 liter of ph adjusted filtered water (6.0 - 6.5...adjusted w/ pH Up and Down) like twice a week. They are in their 7th week of growing (first week of flowering) under 235w worth of CFL. I try to keep the temps between 67 and 77F during the day and 65 to 73F at night. This plant worries me the most. I had an overwatering problem in the past so I wait until the soil is dry when I stick my finger into the soil to water them. I also keep a weak fan blowing on them during the day. Could you tell me what is wrong with this plant ? I am trying to grow them with the least amount of stress possible so I can try more for females.

usually when you see youre girls droop like that it points to youre plant being underfeed....thirsty but if you said youve been over watering....then i wouldnt know....could it be that the fear of you over watering made you under water them....if not id say double check your p.h ppm and soil runoff ...and give it some time and space.......ive found that the less you mess .......the less you stress

Thanks guys ! Here are some pics. I took everything you guys said into consideration and 1. increased lights 2. fixed ph (it was at 7.8 so I fixed it w/ ph adjusted water). One of the two turned out to be male so it got chopped. The other is female and getting much more attention.
