hello...now im about 4 weeks in growing 2 plants and my first plant was drooping yesterday alittle bit. now its drooping alot. then the 2nd plant is starting to droop a little bit too. i know its not over watering because i havent watered them in 3days. also as i recall when i did my first grow around this time ( 4 weeks in) i remember my plant was drooping too so i dont know whats the problem. please give me some suggestions thank you

I'm having similar issues. I was using miracle grow soil, read up on that.. i'm now just using soil from my backyard. My leaves keep turning super light green, drooping, and then shriveling up.

try giving some specifics

Temps day/night
RH day /night
Medium
nutes
etc as much as you can.

im using miracle grow soil too. any people that had this problem with miracle grow and overcame it by doing something if not should i just buy some organic soil and transplant em? thank you.

4 cfls 28 watt each.
75 degrees night
80 degrees day
no nutes

also been growing fine until yesterday when it started to droop. thank you

could be that the MG is holding too much water.

is it definitely drooping and not clawing?

Without pictures it is hard to tell what your problem is but here is something to look for. If the leaves are drooping and look like an eagles claw; too much water. If the leaf and stem are drooping then it's under watering. Of course other things can cause droopy leaves. Good Luck!

I promise, if you switch to organic soil and make SURE you aren't over watering, your plants will perk right up. With organic soil PH really shouldn't even be an issue. I promise it will be well worth it in the end to go ahead and get some good soil.

Humans are organic, therefore the substances we put into our bodies should also be organic.

Rocket science. :)

Usually when plants become droopy it means you've been giving them too much water, yellowing is usually too much sun, most new people have this problem but you learn very fast how your plants work.

My guess is that it needs a transplant, if that's a viable option. It was the answer the last time I had that problem.
