Drooping

I managed to get afew pics uploaded! Hopeing this will give a better idea of what the problem is?ive also added a photo of one of my seedlings,is the burn because i had the light(400w hps) to close?
And strangely only one of my 19 plants is getting brown spots on its leaves!!!!!

Probebly i good thing to do is put your hand under if its too warm for you its far to warm for plant,But it is not unsaveable just higher yourlight.can't realy not tell whats wrong arart from 1st picture and that plant looks ok may be needs water or you have overwatered it only you know answer to that.

I also think your nutes may be too high plants only look young.

ok so from what i can gather is that one of 2 things has happened one being tha ive overwatered them and the other that ive over done it on the nitrogen seen as tho im using nitrosol organic food!what do i do??try flush and them risk adding more water to the plants or just leave them and take it easy on the nitrogen??pls can some one help?
