The bulb seems kind of week for four plants. Especially since it is only a fluro bulb. The system doesn't look bad though.

Don't waste your money on that, you could easily build that system for $30, maybe less. The light they give you won't grow grow anything, they're like $7 for 3 of them at walmart. You'll need a lot more than 2700 lumens. Look in the GrowFAQ at the top menu, there's a lot of DIY instructions there.

not sure if your from england but if you are be carefull on ebay buy that sort of stuff the police sometimes logg you and bust you a few months later
