Drip feeding pump size

If I have two 4×8 flood trays connected with 32 plants inside each tray.

can anybody help me on what kind of pump would I need.....

If 1 drip line per rockwool would do fine or if I need 2.....

and if a 55 gallon drum would be a big enough reservoir to use.......

You could just get a danner mag drive pond master pump, the smallest sized on would probably do you fine. It's submersible, so you could put it right in your rez and pump out from there. The smaller sized ones have a 1/2" F pipe thread. I'd suggest a separate pump for each tray just to minimize issues and potential down time. At least if one dies, it's half as bad... I do a similar thing and separate things on different AC circuits in case one trips, hopefully the other is still going. Backup is a good thing...

My opinion on feeding all of that. Go with 2 drip lines just in case one gets clogged. With 64 plants, you want as much of it as possible to not need a whole lot of maintenance. Backup...

It's going to become crowded and unwieldy very quick. Those plants are going to take up a whole lot more room than you'd think. For example, in the same space, I flower 6 plants - and I have to do a whole lot of trimming or else there's not enough air flow and PM takes hold. That's with only 4 weeks veg too. Unless you're going to flower them right after sprouting, it's not nearly enough space for 32 plants.
