Thanx againYou can let it swing or you can know what pH range is best for each stage of growth and flower. In veg they like more of what is available around 5.6-5.7. In early flower(first 14-17 days) 5.6-5.8. Middle flower 5.8-5.9. Late flower 5.9-6.1. This puts the elements they need more of at those stages more readily available.
Good narrative on ph affecting nute uptake.Check your pH.
If the pH is not correct your plants cannot get the elements out of the solution. It doesn't matter if you're running 600ppm or 1200ppm if the pH is incorrect the nutrients will sit there and water will be the only thing taken up.
You can go ahead and add a week of flowering to your schedule. Do this any time your plant sits idle without taking up nutrients.
Once you adjust the pH the plant will resume its growth. Just keep on, keeping on, and let it finish (why I said to add a week).
I don't think it makes profitable gains------for having multiple rez/s-----especially if you stays in the deep south (chillers). You can let it swing or you can know what pH range is best for each stage of growth and flower. Sorry maybe I missed worded it when I say res I ment my 5 gallon single bucket dwc sorryNothing was mentioned about multiple res's, it said adjust the pH of the res to coincide with the stage of growth. I run many 50gal RES's and I'm in the deep south.
