drinking coffee before bed,

who does it? im doing it right now

can it help you sleep in smal doses?

I used to drink coffee in jail to go to sleep.....but that's because it was crappy coffee lol

1 or 2 beers usually helps.

caffiene stays in your system for about 15 hours so no it doesnt help.

I always traded my coffee for milk and fruit. Saved some fruit a.nd some juices...my last day there I ate like a king Lmao.

coffee is like money in jail... lol and then you have the whops that try to get high on caffeine cuz they just want to be high on something. good times/ I mean shitty time but funny people.

I was tempted to drink some coffee last night around 7:30pm but I decided not to because I need to sleep. I've been working on two finals all week (at least 7 hours a day) and I am just plain ol' worn out.
