Dresser Grow (seed to harvest) 150w hps or 4 cfl's??

This is about the same size as my dresser. I am hoping to grow 1 maybe 2 plants at most in there. I want to grow from seed to harvest in the dresser. I pretty much have the design all worked out but my main problem is what light source to use? I have heard many people using 4 23w 6500k cfls for veg and then 4 23w 2700k cfls for flowering. Should i be doing this? or should i buy this and not use any other light sources:

Also, I was going to do a 12/12 light cycle from seeding to harvest. Im trying to make this as simple as possible for my first grow ever. What do you guys suggest? I've been through countless hours of reading and researching on the forum and am completely stuck in the middle with what to do. A little advice from another grower will be much appreciated

the hps if you can afford it with a reflector etc. if you go with cfls do like 10 cfls atleast for flowering, 4 -6 will work fine in veg. you can vent that much heat in there with two or even one 3inch exhaust fan

Okay great. I will be going with 3 26w 6500k cfl bulbs and 2 26w 2700k cfl bulbs for seeding and through veg. Then i will buy 3 or 4 more 26w 2700k cfl bulbs for flowering. Does that sound like a good idea?

You cant compare CFLs to an HPS. If you can keep the temps down I would say HPS.
