Staying on task, working out details, fixing unexpected vexatious problems keeps everyone on their toes. Neighbors helping neighbors, mentors and sages of the herbal arts imparting wisdom the likes that has not been witnessed since Tulip Mania, and be sure to google that and the real johnny appleseed it will amaze.
My 4Runner lost an alternator at dark freakin thirty on an off grid track, raining. My neighbors helped me get my rig back to Wild Wood. If ever they need a favor all ya do is dial and smile, I will be there brother at a moments notice...thats the Wild Wood way my brothers and sisters. My 4runner rests at the dealership service bay as we speak.

Johnny Apple Seed was a real estate developer and Hard Cider advocate. All tbose apples were not for eating, they were for squeezing. The apples he planted were called "Spitters" They were too bitter for table use but made great booze. He would find property, claim it, plant apple seedlings and sell the property to settlers headed west. The land was attractive as it was already producing a product. As he was doing all this he would preach with all the fervor of an evangelical. Stole Indian land, sold it, drank and preached...its the american way. Not exactly the Disney character we grew up with.

.
Stock speculation has been around as long as markets. The tech bubble had nothing on the Tulip bubble. Lots of money made and lost. But some think the 12 acres for one bulb might be an exaggeration.
