As far as the white thing (my pics hardly load out here on the farm) so im assuming its the remote sensor for the thermometer I will have to look when I go down there this evening

The BBQ is a good way to blow off steam after a long hard season. The boys can get a little rummy by the end of harvest. So we're having a pig roast!......Can't wait.
