whether its my chillis which I love or my weed or tomatoes I feel young everytime I spend a few hours with them feeding cleaning staking etc,,,,yeah im only 41 but two yrs ago a was at my most unhealthiest how things change

Russet mite larval stage . This your problem? If so water with pure neem not an extract 77*water emulsified in pot.silicate. It works really good they stop breeding . They can feed on resin glands . Scary from ag extension "crops in the home garden and nematodes, russet mites and budworms can be especially destructive. ... Spray with a splash bait containing spinosadweekly to reduce pest numbers.

Do you put water in the tubs your branches stick out of?
We cut each branch off whole and place them in tubs with a few inches of water in the bottom. So they stay fresh as we trim. Even if you can't get to trimming it that day the branches and buds stay fresh and don't wilt up.
I hate trimming buds that have begun to wilt..
