Strain: "Double Barrel OG" (Whitefire X Fire OG) from DankHouse Seeds.
Growth: Indoor "Passive Hydro" grown, Pot Culture method using Coco & 15 litre pots.
Veg lighting ~ x2 300w CFL (Blue), Flowering ~ 600w HPS.
"P#1" ~ taken @ Flower Day #60 (106 Days total).
"P#4" ~ taken @ Flower Day #65 (117 Days total).
I only started just 4 seeds outta one single pack and I found 2 very sweet females and 2 slieghtly different pheno's in each ("P#1" & "P#4"). Both showed vigorous growth throughout veg stage and responded great to topping, I would have given more training to them but space at the time wouldn't allow. They were very easy to feed and once fully established I found they enjoyed a heavy daily watering with no problems coping with the nutes at all.
The branches were strong, sturdy and capable of holding the weight of the flowers, which came on quick with many bud sites expanding all the way down the length too. Packed with glorious resin production the formed Bud's looked great, dense and sticky, esp on "P#4". "P#1" had tighter more compact flowers that looked more foxtailed and coiled round the branches like lil' snakes in their appearance. x2 stretch on inducing flower (x3 on "P#1") and no signs of intersexing or nanners. A solid easy to grow OG all round.
Nutes: Full CANNA Nutrient/Additive line (Coco)
Yield: "P#1" = 1.4 Oz (dried/cured), "P#4" = 1.9 Oz (dried/cured). Not the biggest yeilders but with a longer veg time and more training and they could easy pull more.
Bag Appeal:
Both are off the hook in the looks dept', "P#4" is the more dense of the 2 though. (see pic's!!)
Smell:
"P#1" ~ Full on strong citrus skunk and Lemon pine, with that classic dom' citrus "OG" aroma we know & love.
"P#4" ~ More fuelish with a skunky chem tang and more of an earthy lemon aroma but not as fruity, it lingers more in the background while the chem funk takes centre stage.
Very intense stinky stuff overall!!
Taste:
"P#1" ~ Just like she smells, pure lemon. But carries a more earthy taste to soften the blow of the citrus/lemon pine from the aroma a little more. It's strong hitting and heavy but easy to toke. Leaves the mouth all dry quickly too and is left feeling all resinous and sticky.
"P#4" ~ Is a more funky chemmy & fueled skunk kick with an extra smack to the taste. With less of a dom' lemon taste and softens the fruity flavour somewhat into a more chemical hairspray funk taste.
Both are strong & powerfull on taste but are easy to take in without much lung expansion.
The High:
Both pheno variations hit straight away to the face with a smack and instantly gives a warm heady feeling that expands out & down to the neck and body and eases away the pains of the day nicely, and a relaxed feeling then takes over. This is a high quality effect and leaves me all uplifted and ready to get creative with it's heady euphoric tingle. A perfect smoke for chilling out with friends and the kinda weed thats better for getting more social with. Not a couchlock stone but a sweet amount of body buzz that fits around 50/50.
The high lasts for around an hour or so but I'm a very high tol' smoker and once the effect wares off it leaves me all sweetly chilled out & content. But left with a severe case of the munchies soon after, so be ready & prepared with a full fridge of goodies on hand. Very little tolerance build up over time this is one that keeps on giving.

I just love this strain and "P#4" is my honey girl keeper that'll be with me for a long while yet. Imo she's better than my previous fav' the Tahoe OG, as she grows faster, finishes quicker, is faster to clone and much easier to maintain all round with easy tol' to feedings and has a high grade effect to match if not better it. And for half the price too it's simply a must try for any "OG" lover wanting more.
A true connoisseur smoke and no mistake!! DankHouse have a real gem in their stable with this lil' beuity, 100% solid and highly recommended.
9.5 total for me as I loves me a solid OG, and DB-OG fits the bill nicely... I just love it!! This is just pure headstash all the way.
