Double 400 watt Frm seed grow

Whats good everybody. After 3 runs with clones I am now courageous enough to pop my seeds! The seeds I germinated are from Hawaii, but no specific strain or type was indicated to me. So we are just going to have to find out!

I have a room that is 3 ft wide by 5 ft deep. All I have is one 400 watt MH running at the moment. But plan on flowering with the same light plus another 400 watt HPS.

Seeds germed pretty well. Sprouted after two days in their new home. Im using canna coco as the grow medium and they are in one gallon pots.

The fifth seed, wich is in a dixie cup, has not sprouted but im ok with only trying out the four good ones. Im praying for females as I have no
room to keep a male on its own anywhere.

The babys loomed like they were starting to stretch so I boosted them up from 3 ft to 20" away from the bulb. Its been 9 hours since then and so far so good. I defenitely am wantung to top them but don't know when is a safe time? Any tips are much appreciated please feel free to post in my journal.20140628_114025.jpg20140628_140932.jpg

The lil ones are starting to get bigger at the leaves. I filled my 1 gallon pots to their max capacity with more coco. That with the light distance at 20" is really working for them. Only way I am keeping them happy is with everyone elses grow journals and input on others forums. Couldnt do it with out RIU!

Thank you Mr. Head. I will definitely read into that later on today after work.

My fifth seed finally sprouted! its about 6 days slower than the other four bit thats fine by me. The other older babies are starting to widen out on the leaves and are growing a new set of them. I will post more pics when I can. Internet is pretty slow right now.

Allright it is now day 9 since the germed seeds were planted in the coco. The late bloomer actually caught up to the others already wich surprised me since it sprouted 3 days after the rest. Im still obly feeding bottled water with a spray bottle. Heres some pics. The plant in the green cup is that late one

Ok so my babies' cotalydons are yellowing and the plants look like they're putting thier hands up(the leaves are up)
Ans now im wondering if its safe for 1/4 strength nute solution? I read on here that after 8 days its ok. Also read when cotalydons start to yellow and some say to wait until they actually fall off. Any opinions??

I have them their first nutes yesterday. Im using general hydroponics 3 part nutes, the micro, gro, and bloom. Also using molasses. I want to keep ph at 5.8 but this feeding was at 5.7. Hope its fine.. anyways if anyone thinks they are a little too small for their age please let me know. They sprouted on july 2nd, so tgey are 15 days old.

Bumb.
Just in case anyone IS watching, my plants seem to be in a rut. No new growth has occurred and a couple are starting to look light green. A fellow RIU member pointed out that its most likely a N deficiency. Will post more pics soon! But they basically look the same as in the pictures above just a tad bit bigger

So I finally gave them some cal nag in this kast nute feeding. Two pkants are looking better with one shiwing heakthier green growth. The other trhee are showing new growth as well but very slow and not as green. But im just gonna let keep trying. If by next week they are the same im tossing em to ny friend lol. Will post pics later today after work

All right if anyone is reading, my seedlings are doing pretty shitty. I believe I over watered and caused root rot. There is little to no growth, leaves are crispy and somewhat hard to the touch. In guessing it's because I did not add perlite to my coco mix and the bottom of my pots do not have any type of pebbles to help with drainage =[
Will be starting new batch if seeds next week after a small !
