-The only thing I would say is this: If you are using cfls, you should get them about 2-3 inches away from the top of the canopy. (CLOSER if you can, without hurting the plant)
Essentially with cfl you want to get as close to the foliage as possible without burning it. (If you put your hand under the light and it isnt too warm, the plant can take the light.)

---->If you put a fan on that plant you should be able to get fairly close. GREAT JOB MAN! Keep up the good work.

i think that its in a bucket but the plants proportions are huge and it looks like its in a cup lmao...umm cool bro,,,,rly i dno if thats ok or not

Yes it will start budding if you put it under 12/12 lighting.

Get some drain holes in that bucket if you DO NOT have them already, or your plants will drown.

Your lights are too far away, your lights also look yellow/red they should be BLUE/WHITE when vegging, aka 6500K. If you flower without vegging longer you will have a low yeild, but you can. Flower under 2700k or a mix w/ ratio of 3:1 or 4:1

FYI. You can 12/12 from seed if you want, there's a big 12/12 from seed thread on the forums if you search for it.

how dose it look the leaves are a lil brittle looking i doono why but im going to put on 12/12 will it just start flowering and then budding

Edit: Upon closer inspection, the slight "brittle look" of the leaves may be a SLIGHT case of heat stress....maybe not, lol....Good circulation is a must. A few small computer fans always does the trick for small grows. Food for thought.
