Greetings all and welcome!!!

Since I am new to growing. I knew I should stay small in stealthy in case of emergencies. But i sold on the ieda of keeping plants under a foot. So one day while I was playing XBOX on a TV that was living way past it's prime. I decided why not give new life to it.

I bring to you the Canna Sanctuary XD-9000 (working title)

Currently growing 1 Silver Kush, 1 DinaChem (both FEM) and Bell Pepper.all under 300w of LED Power.

The ladies are 45 days from sprouting and just finished the first week of flowering.

This lovely slim lady named Gretchen is Silver Kush. As you can see she is going for the all natural look. I have teased her fan leaves a bit. To let in light and encourage new growth. Yet she still is showing how independent she can be. Stretching her way to some nice colas.

And here we have Ms. Natalie Nugg. Dinachem from the Dinafem family. She sarted off with a bang demanding more and more. So I gave in. I finned once at 4 nodes. Then I started to LST. Bending and tying. Over and over. Until Gretchen hit the height I needed to go into flowing.

Thank you for coming this far. I will be adding more info as I go. So follow me and my ladies during their stay at the Canna Sanctuary.

Keeping things fresh. Info time.

Temps go between 70-80 degrees.
Humidity was jumpy at first buy but sits around 40-55%

Lights. 24/0 1st 2 week > 18/6 veg > 12/12 flower

A little about my soil.
RG Basement Mix
Bone meal
Garden lime
Perlite
Oyster shell

Feeding was tap water all through veg. I was happy to make it all the way with good green leafs.

During flowing I will be using Jack's Classic Blossom Booster.
I may add more as we go a long but I'm hoping I wont need to.

Training for Ms. Nugg was a nice and clean fim across the 3rd node. Day14. Then she was given a week to relax. After I started to LST. I tried to go for a wheel pattern. Hoping to allow more energy to be directed to the center. To achieve this I would tie down a branch. Let it stretch a bit then tie it down again. Now that she is in her 2nd week of flowering. She is slowly being released from the ties. So I cut the ties and push the branch above the canopy so the bottom growth now has more light.

Gretchen was a lot more simple. While growing I tied down the occasional fan leaf on the main stalk. To keep them from taking ever to much. Where they stayed I felt like they had served there purpose. Today I opened the box and noticed a big stretch on the left side heading in so added a tomato cage to help her a bit

Well that is about it for today. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Especially on feeding during flowering.

Next up. Box Specs.
