Dont Use HTGSupply.com

so it has been a week, countless emails and still not even a confirmation number. i called and they put me on hold for ten minutes. they took forever to do anything and I am extremely upset. i had a certified bank check mailed to them priority with confirmation and they said they hadnt received it, even though I can confirm they did, lol. if they think they are getting away with theft they are sorrily mistaken because I have friends in high places and I dont think any "business" enjoys the Attorney General on their ass. with a certified bank check why would they even attempt something like this? i just dont know after spending a grand, why they would treat a customer with such an attitude. i am very upset. all i know is they better get my shit to me ASAP or else my business is going elsewhere. shame for a business with such a good selection.

this is the first time i've EVER heard of any problems with them. just getting ready to place my own order.

I don't know man, you can find about 1000 people on the net who like them and had good service...I'm one of them. I got my shit fast and I had a really small dent I mean SMALL in the reflective hood for two lights and I emailed Tony once and he emailed me back to let me know that he had sent me two new ones....I even said they were very small and I just was a little worried about hot spots, I had no problems at all. I think they are the shit personally.

I never bought from them as I always had a hardtime even getting responses to questions about thier products. I got 3 answers to over 40 questions in last year or so .I find if they are slow before you buy then they must be real bad after you buy. Im doubting they stole the check maybe it got delieverd else where which I have had done with us mail before but you got deliveryconfirmation and hopefully paid the extar 2 bucks or so to insure the money order.Also just stop payment on the money order where you got it and say it was lost in the mail then if some trys to cash it they will be arrested on federal mail tampering charges and theft.

i cant account for the thousands that have had a good experience. i was one of them too. but not this time

I had a few problems with them on an order recently....i called tony and it was all taken care of tho.
I felt the same way tho. I spent $500 with them and they messed up my order....i was like WTF im missing like 3 things here that i paid for...called them up and had it within a week so its all good now.

Tony(HTG) is a good guy. Has always shipped my and my friends stuff out supper fast. Stands behind his product 100%. If a bulb burns out early you let him know replace bulb no problem. HTG is good in my book.

the guy on the phone sounded like he just woke up when i placed my order. and it took him like twenty minutes to write it down. i dont have a problem with any of that but dont tell me you didnt get my payment when I can see that you did. and at least reply to my emails within a day or two...or three. send me some sort of confirmation. its just bad business. and with all these people on the forums ready to expose their issues with companies its definitely bad if they cant handle their shit. im honest though and Ill tell you guys if and when they straighten it out. businesses can be hard to manage but dont bite off more than you can chew. customers should always come first

they have a good selection though, and id do business with them again if they could just reply to my emails, which I sent only one of, in a timely manner. i am paying them for the service.

they prob just had a bunch orders because of christmas coming up, I doubt they stole your money lol...I don't think they are some big corproation with hundreds of employees.....it seems like everybody always talks to the same guy Tony....there couldn't be that many people working...relax and give them a couple of extra days to totally process your order...their probaly just busy.......remember patience is a virtue

i am about to order from them my self but i keep hearing that all of every ones order is missing something or has dents or something will you be safe if you use paypal

it is christmas time and im sure their are alot of things being delivered from every store ...and the post office is probaly packed..so give it time

Na I got my shit a while ago. I'm all for them....my shit had a small dent but it was Ups that sux not HTG they double box. I think the Ups guys got blazed and kicked that shit down the stairs or somethin. I am nothing but impressed with HTG from my experience but I'm sorry to hear that some people are having problems.

well thats shitty to hear because i was considering buying a 400 watt hps with them and was fairly certain they were good. now this kinda scares me. should i just stick with the hydroponics shop even though they are more expensive or should i risk it and go with htg supply? what would you say magusall worth it or not?

I have always had quick service with them.No problems at all.Sometimes at holiday time places hire temp help.maybe thats who you talked too..Maybe he was stoned Lmao..If you used a certified check then you will not have a problem finding out if and who cashed it..

dudes pretty much a stoner and runs that shit by himself. its like 2007 who still writes checks. ive ordered from there countless times and have had no problems at all, except the day i ordered something after the steelers beat the bengals and i had to confirm my city.

i've ordered from htg supply many times, good deals, and the stuff always comes ,,,,i like them and will use them again...yes it can be hard to get a hold of them...but hey they have seriously cheap prices...so you get what you pay for...in this case a decent product and cheap ass, shitty customer service.........better than crappy products that never come...but really good customer service ...right?

you, my friend, are a genius.

I am a big fan of HTG and have ordered from them several times. Always packed great and they have been great. Look at their deals on ebay, you can get the same setups cheaper from them on ebay alot of the time. But there should be NO WORRIES when dealing with Tony!!
