So I was told requiring a certain amount for donations for my weed is still considered selling it as a price? Is that true? Even if I have a medi card and the person has a medi card aswell?

Well donations are anything that you give that has some form of value, even if it's pennies it's still technically considered a donation. And with donations there is no set limit, it's more of give whatever you can(or want)

once you set a minimal price that you will except for your merchandise you just converted the transaction into a sale.

sale *(sl)
n.
1. The exchange of goods or services for an amount of money or its equivalent; the act of selling.
2. An instance of selling.
3. An opportunity for selling or being sold; demand.
4. Availability for purchase: a store where pets are for sale.
5. A selling of property to the highest bidder; an auction.
6. A special disposal of goods at lowered prices: coats on sale this week.
7. sales
a. Activities involved in selling goods or services.
b. Gross receipts.
[Middle English, from Old English sala, from Old Norse.]

Well, Scientology gets by with it by referring to the price as a "fixed donation". Only they're selling dementia and you're just selling a little smoke.

Thank you for the responses! They helped alot!

Would I be able to accept only donations and if they don't donate the correct ammount, I can then decline the offer?

How do medical patients get away "selling" goods?

I see people on crqigslist adding on:
"This is a legal advertisement for Medicinal Marijuana in compliance with Washington State Law RCW69.51A. Any donations requested are ONLY compensation for time, nutrients, electricity costs and other factors involved in the process of producing and delivering medical grade marijuana and not toward the sale or purchase of the medicine itself so have your paper work and/or card ready. "

could I sy something similar to that when I make my transaction? And be legal?

I see those disclaimers on the Sacramento craigslist all the time, too. At the very least, it can't hurt. I don't know anything about Washington's take on MMJ, but here in Sac nobody in LE gives a fuck about about patients selling each other extra meds.
