DOH shuts down 11th State

He was good to me and had no problem recommending. I don't know what he reported or didn't report to the board of health but if he is still with 11th state then the prov journal probably twisted it. Why would he screw up his own gig, then go back to work for 11th state. Doesn't make sense...

I imagine his 'report' consisted of answering questions when the DOH contacted him and asked "are you seeing these patients as part of your regular practice?"

Never imagine anything with DOH. . .they changed the licensing regs without going through proper steps. I'm waiting to see how the ACLU will handle this and hope that these continued scare tactics come to a halt.

This isn't over yet.
