Maybe you aughta just wait and see before doing anything rash. I'd just shake the bud a bit and wait and see what happens.

I would just wait and see... it sounds like your towards the end of your cycle anyway. You can always water cure your buds also... I have also heard of people rinsing their buds before drying... especially outdoors. Water should be fine but most important dont do anything you may regret before knowing of a problem, a little bit of salt wont harm your plant.

the sand aint gonna hurt your plants, not enough salt to worry about,
apart from the fact that plants can tolerate a little bit of salt.
so i would leave them and harvest when done you will just have a bit of sand in ya pot. a bit off a bugger but atleast it aint a total loss...:-)

Recently my outdoor plant that was a lil over 12 feet tall got top heavy in a rain and broke over, while broken over her buds got covered in mud, when I got ready to harvest I just swashed it around in a barrel of water and ta da clean. I wouldnt cut early you should be fine just sand, smoke it.

"Does water hurt the plant?" That's a joke, right?

Listen, guys... it's a weed. A friggin' weed! Jesus. Sand will not hurt your plant. Water will not hurt your plant. Sunlight will not hurt your plant either, in case anyone was getting ready to ask that.

Its.... a... friggin'... WEED. Just set the damned thing on fire and smoke it, for pete's sake.

I would do nothing but wait and see. Every couple of days I would try to shake a little sand off. With the buds growing , the interiors of the plant will be moving around a bit maybe this will free up some of that sand. And todays weed is in my opinion unlike yesteryears weed. There are so many man made substances to turn yesteryears stringy weed the indians smoked into todays fat azz medicinal quality buds that must be tended to get the most out of them. That means no unnecessary moisture (water) to make them big buds rot. Sand cant be a good thing etiher but Im sure it can be dealt with .

Just use one of those cans of compressed air from office stores for dirty keyboards and electronics, spray the sand off your buds with air. Good luck.
