Does vibration have an adverse effect on your plants?

I have a few CPU fans improperly mounted in my case that has been creating massive amounts of vibration through it, i was wondering if that could be a problem? I'm a few weeks into flowering, the vibration seems to make the dirt move around a lot and some of the base roots are starting to show. I can just pack it down and not have to worry about that, but will it cause any other problems?

from what you describe i see no problem. a flowering plant is well established so unless you're using hurricane force wind you're not doing any damage. getting whacked around a bit is a good thing. helps to strengthen the stems and they appreciate the air flow. like you said just pack the dirt down or add a bit more and moisten it so it stays and you'll be just fine.

my veg tent vibrates like a mofo for pretty much the same reason. no issues here.
